Download the care@unifi app, sign into your account and change plan. Or can also try login at unifi.com.my/personal. The RM129 plan already include free calls and you can still use existing tvbox to watch.
If willing to try Maxis then terminate Unifi.

Probably. But, better to get your own. What is your budget? Read 1st page, 1st post, green text, for router recommendations.

Hi all. This morning abt 830am suddenly my internet disconnected ( in klang ) and i notice my BTU light like this. Anyone know what it means? Does this mean no internet coming in from outside line?

Same here at JB. Reported but no update from them. Outside now, can't check if it is fixed

Guys, I recently subscribed to the new RM129 100Mbps plan and CSO told me I only have to pay for the internet service. But when I received the bill, I realized I was charged for the hypptv as well. During the signup I wasn’t even given a choice to choose any package and in the bill I was shocked when I found out the Aneka package was chosen. How can they subscribe me to something I didn’t given conscent to?

TM online CSO told me the tv service comes as a bundle and cannot be unsubscribed. Is it true?

Please advise.

No LINK light means optical connection to TM broken. On/Off. Check your optical cable inside/outside. Make sure it's OK, not unplugged or broken. Plug in a phone and see if you can call out. Probably cannot. Then call 100 to report. I usually just report phone not working and ignore the internet part of it. Keeps things simple.

mine too yesterday, after restart everything then back to normal...happened 3 times since last month. I dont know why....

Renew contract n Yes u will get new equipment. Just let them know u wanna upgrade equipment.

Yes. It is true. Didn't you read the official TM package page? UnifiTV will be bundled and you can only access it via the playtvapp. The person that you sign up with should have told you about it.

Your package RM129 already include the TV pack. No way you can subscribe UniFi without any TV pack.

True, but the end pricing is still RM129 +6% ST. Unless you mention that they charge extra for the TV.

Thinking to reduce my 500mb package to 100mb but seems like not RM129 if this the case you said. So end price for 100mb is actually Rm159 for 100mb?

It will be RM129, unless you want to stay with ultimate pack for the TV.

No, it is RM129, with the bundle of TV and Internet, unless you want to get the Ultimate TV pack, which will be an additional charge.

If you go https://unifi.com.my/personal/home/fibre-broadband, you can see that the RM129 price includes PlayTV access to Aneka, Ruby or Varnam. Where did you sign up? Online, TMPoint or Discount TMpoint (TAD-TM Appointed Dealer)?

If dealer, the higher the value of the package that you signed up for, the higher their commission.

I have two accounts, both is 500mbps speed.

Account 1: ultimate hypptv pack = RM189
Account 2: basic hypptv pack = RM210

is there a way to negotiate for Account 2 to be charged at RM189?? fyi, ultimate pack is rm60/month whereas basic is rm30/month.
