I am wondering my ancient RM60 Streamyx 384kbps use at office will be upgraded for free or not? Last time i registered it under personal name for office use as it is the cheapest way to get basic internet. After that they change policy and not possible to register personal line in commercial area anymore.
Check the account at Unifi and the generic message just pop out saying "Unifi is coming to your area...blah blah blah...". |

Thanks for the reply, i just checked on the first page, I'm still using the old router D-Link DIR-615 😅.Yes, you can call them to replace it without any charges. BTU is lifetime warranty. As for the BTU, what should i tell to replace it? I'm not sure the BTU is too old for me or not. |

You can live chat with TM to check if your BTU supports Gigabit speeds else check via Unifi app to see your router & BTU compatibility with Gigabit speeds. As for the BTU, what should i tell to replace it? I'm not sure the BTU is too old for me or not. |

QUOTE(cheepet @ Feb 26 2019, 03:03 PM) You can either wait for someone from TM to call you on the upgrade or go livechat and find out whether is unifi lite 10Mbps they are offering to you. According to call i once get, my area of eligible for unifi. I forgot to ask details cuz i was in a hurry. Idk if unifi lite, that's the one with 60gb quota rightBtw is your area under unifi? If not TM might just upgrade you to Streamyx 8Mpbs |

Just check the model of the BTU and if you need to replace it, call TM. Change to your own router though if you can.As for the BTU, what should i tell to replace it? I'm not sure the BTU is too old for me or not. |

She's now paying RM80 for 100Mbps with STD20 and PlayTV (no STB).Check the account at Unifi and the generic message just pop out saying "Unifi is coming to your area...blah blah blah...". Her progression is something like this: 384K, 1M, 2M RM60, 70, 80 (couldn't remember exactly) UniFi 10Mbps RM80 Unifi 100Mbps Turbo Upgrade RM80 |
