Miri here Speedtest now cannot access ip 218.208

Hi everyone! I'm currently on 100mb plan (turbo upgrade) from previous 10mb lite. Thinking of changing plan to the advertised 100mb due to the need of that STD20 (600mins free call)

Is there anything to consider before going this route? Like no more entitlement for future free upgrade or whatsoever that gonna make me regret the decision lol?

Adding STD20 on my current plan would incur another RM20 on my current RM129. So any advice guys?

can confirm. plenty of website inaccessible including reddit. house unifi cannot, office got 2 unifi lines both cannot, KK area. It's been like this for a few days.

so now you're paying RM129 for 100mb but without the free call? if yes then i guess just go for it. but your contract will be renewed another 2 years though.

Some getting 800M+std20+ultimate @rm129. May be u should pester TM to at least give u Std20 for free.

I believe this is TM's new modus operandi... The previous time TM faced issue with internet connectivity, they posted announcement and apologizes to users. And got spanking from the minister for their poor service.

To artificially keep up with KPI, it seems like TM now plays the 'don't know' game, not admitting at all they are facing technical issue... My office called to TM helpline and after still facing problem after the standard (and useless) reboot procedure, they atill have the audacity to claim maybe the router got problem, or our pc got problem, or the website got problem.

We need to expose this shtty game TM is playing if proven true.

FYI, I'm on 2Mbps streamyx and turbo website still say Unifi is coming to my area, except my neighbour is already uaing Unifi. A loophole TM is playing not to free upgrade as per government decision.

TM slimey practices really need some mainstream exposure!

Ask you to top up payment rm58 "check your device" either has someone come or not they still charge you before hand. Then not refund the the 58. I kena 1 time. And the asshole agent purge my account from unifi care. Until i made a complain again.

Anyone having problem with Unifi connection now?

I couldnt access to a few websites just now, after restarting router and modem, my connection went blank.

update: after calling CS for restarting the port, router and modem, everything working fine now.

Yupp, RM129 100mb without free call. This was what offered officially on the 10mb lite plan previously and it remains even after turbo upgrade. Nevermind the contract stuff though as I don't see any other players coming in at my place anytime soon...sigh!

after seven years with Unifi, switching to Maxis soon.
Long story short, got pissed off by TM because they claim there is no extra port on my new house at Bukit bandaraya when I applied at TM point to relocate my unifi.
So, i tried maxis last Wednesday.and well..well..well what do you know, they say port available (even though they are sharing ports with TM) within a few hours they emailed me application form, I completed it emailed back..today confirmed and set date of installation..

I can never understand why TM does not want new customers. Probably it is reserved for Maxis customers?

Very unstable. Someone quote suspect me that i use ipv6 causing the lag feast and block site. If i use default tmnut dns. I cant even open reddit, any usa site. Switch to google dns, site were able to open. Ipv4 were complete useless cause tmnut blocked it. Have yo use ipv6. Yesterday dns dropping randomly even use default tm dns. I notice my page were randomly auto refresh cause of dns silent replaced by tm.
Sometime i check my running dns were switch back to tm dns. Causing steam client complete blocked.

Get your own router, disable IPv6, and use Google DNS for IPv4. Done.

Makes me wonder too, anyway TM loss is Maxis gain I guess
