I believe this is TM's new modus operandi... The previous time TM faced issue with internet connectivity, they posted announcement and apologizes to users. And got spanking from the minister for their poor service.
To artificially keep up with KPI, it seems like TM now plays the 'don't know' game, not admitting at all they are facing technical issue... My office called to TM helpline and after still facing problem after the standard (and useless) reboot procedure, they atill have the audacity to claim maybe the router got problem, or our pc got problem, or the website got problem.
We need to expose this shtty game TM is playing if proven true.
FYI, I'm on 2Mbps streamyx and turbo website still say Unifi is coming to my area, except my neighbour is already uaing Unifi. A loophole TM is playing not to free upgrade as per government decision.
TM slimey practices really need some mainstream exposure!
