QUOTE(mywife @ Feb 20 2019, 02:29 PM)
Hi everyone! I'm currently on 100mb plan (turbo upgrade) from previous 10mb lite. Thinking of changing plan to the advertised 100mb due to the need of that STD20 (600mins free call)

Is there anything to consider before going this route? Like no more entitlement for future free upgrade or whatsoever that gonna make me regret the decision lol?

Adding STD20 on my current plan would incur another RM20 on my current RM129. So any advice guys?

so now you're paying RM129 for 100mb but without the free call? if yes then i guess just go for it. but your contract will be renewed another 2 years though.

A little bit out of topic. My motorola cordless phone c1001la that TM gave, the battery kaput already. It uses 300mah battery. Can I replace it with higher capacity battery like 400mah or even 600mah? Will there be any issues?

Make sure you use Ni-MH battery. The charging is designed for batteries with Ni-MH chemistry. wink.gif
This is known as the SC-SC patch cord.

Your cable is prolly one of the earlier ones with a bigger bend radius. Newer ones are actually really flexible.

Oh..how to know the battery is a ni-mh? Not same with the normal rechargeable battery? Planning to buy this

Make sure you bring the original battery to compare before you buy. The motorola batteries has extra length on pointy tips. I tried using eneloops. The phone doesn't even start.

Oh really? Thanks for the heads-up. So what brand do you use right now?

GP Recyko is a Ni-MH battery. They are fairly cheap and available on major stores.

So is it ok if i replace the original motorola 300mah battery with a higher capacity battery? Thinking to get the 650mah. Higher capacity means longer usage right. Should be no issues?
