I am from Sarawak. I cant connect to jp server, even now. Yes, VPN can fix the issue. I have created report at 100 yesterday night. The customer service said it is only me who is having this issue, since nobody is having the issue (as in no one has reported the same case, so no notice/announcement in their system).

To anyone who has any issues, please report to 100 or livechat and create a report. It will be an indication to TM that something is wrong. They need to fix it. If the report is not in size-able amount, they won't know it is their fault, and just thought it must be only that one particular customer's issue.

Selangor to www.metro.tokyo.jp is OK. Have not tried any others.

Contacted their support twice. Seems like no Turbo for Genting Court Condominium at Setapak, KL.

Sarawak here Spotify and Speedtest can't access via Unifi. Friend using Streamyx also same. Using DiGi/Umobile mobile Internet no issues.

Edit: The background ads and the banner of this forum page failed to load on Unifi too.

High-rise won't get turbo usually as the physical infrastructure just doesn't support it unfortunately.

Yup, looks like no choice but to look for others like TIME. Gotta downgrade since my dad still uses the TV service.

same here in sibu, sarawak. since yesterday night most all the oversea site loading slow. now cant even download with my rapidgator premium account, other then that some oversea site like powerpryx, github, speedtest.net i cant access now...

Miri here Speedtest still able to access but some Ps4 games the connection not stable especially destiny 2

i already informed tm that i don't need hypptv since years ago but they don't offer to reduce also

i doubt by saying you don't need hypptv they will reduce it willingly

and if you are without alternative ISP....i wonder how you gonna threaten them to terminate unifi

Just tell them you want terminate unifi... That's all..
If they seriously don't want to provide any offer, then go for wireless broadband like digi infinite.. OR maxis fiber..

hi guys, looking to get a new router. Should I get the Tenda AC18 or the newer TP-Link Archer A6 ? I'm on Unifi Turbo 300 Mbps btw. Looking for a stable connection and good WIFI speed. Terrace house.

I try use free trial of vpn... the game is accescible. That mean tmnet is blocking the game cilent.

The only way now i can do is request zenimax deal with tmnut.

I just want your experience with Unifi Turbo speed. I'm currently on Turbo 500Mbps but my router is still on 100Mbps. I'm currently paying RM200 including tax for this turbo 500 speed.

I'm in 2 minds on whether I should downgrade to 100Mbps @RM129. I'm not a gamer but I do have Netflix with 4 people in the house. Any good reason to stay on 500Mbps?

So your subbing to Netflix for rm51?
Any 4k displays in the house?
How frequently do all 4 users access Netflix simultaneously?
If your Unifi bill is split 4 ways then it really doesn't matter, just get yourself a better router with dual band WiFi for a faster internet access and capacity to handle more wireless devices.

You’re on RM189 for 500Mbps? I’m RM159 for 800Mbps. It all depends on the person. I’ll opt for the fastest speed so am quite happy with 800Mbps. Not a gamer either. At most 2 Netflix screens at the same time.

Get the Archer A6. I think there's some really cheap launching promo price soon.

Tenda AC18 is not that good to begin with. It is running a 4 years old chipset.

Or you can wait for the Archer A9.
