hi guys, looking to get a new router. Should I get the Tenda AC18 or the newer TP-Link Archer A6 ? I'm on Unifi Turbo 300 Mbps btw. Looking for a stable connection and good WIFI speed. Terrace house.

Yeah Archer A6 will be having launching price of RM189 via TPLINK official LazMall on 21-Feb. biggrin.gif
My current router is the DIR850-L provided by TM which is also using AC1200 thus will this A6 be a step up or ain't worth the upgrade from my current router. hmm.gif

You can live chat with TM to check if your BTU supports Gigabit speeds else check via Unifi app to see your router & BTU compatibility with Gigabit speeds. smile.gif smile.gif

hi all, just to check if the Unifi service period date will reset and start from the Unifi Turbo effective date? Is this normal? My initial service period was Dec 2017 but after Turbo service period changed to Oct 2018. My speed was upgraded from 30Mbps to 300Mbps now.

Service Start Date is the one visible in unifi.com.my.
Contract Start Date is not visible but you can ask 100 about this. I think it was visible if you went to the terminate service page. Not sure if it still is.

And you are right pertaining the contract start date not visible in Unifi app. Only the service start date is visible which is the date i got the unifi turbo upgrade. thumbsup.gif
