Thanks in advance. p.s. btw I have read the Green texts in page 1. This post has been edited by arvind13: Feb 19 2019, 04:37 PM |

QUOTE(blacktubi @ Feb 19 2019, 09:25 PM) Get the Archer A6. I think there's some really cheap launching promo price soon. Yeah Archer A6 will be having launching price of RM189 via TPLINK official LazMall on 21-Feb. Tenda AC18 is not that good to begin with. It is running a 4 years old chipset. Or you can wait for the Archer A9. My current router is the DIR850-L provided by TM which is also using AC1200 thus will this A6 be a step up or ain't worth the upgrade from my current router. ![]() On another note any idea when the Archer A9 will be coming to MY market? Don't mind waiting if the launching date is around the corner. This post has been edited by arvind13: Feb 20 2019, 08:40 PM |

QUOTE(Passers-A @ Feb 26 2019, 02:25 PM) Thanks for the reply, i just checked on the first page, I'm still using the old router D-Link DIR-615 😅. You can live chat with TM to check if your BTU supports Gigabit speeds else check via Unifi app to see your router & BTU compatibility with Gigabit speeds. As for the BTU, what should i tell to replace it? I'm not sure the BTU is too old for me or not. |

hi all, just to check if the Unifi service period date will reset and start from the Unifi Turbo effective date? Is this normal? My initial service period was Dec 2017 but after Turbo service period changed to Oct 2018. My speed was upgraded from 30Mbps to 300Mbps now.

QUOTE(soonwai @ Mar 5 2019, 03:25 PM) Do you mean the contract? The service start date is when you had your current package activated. Nothing to do with the contract. Yeap bro.. I meant the contract period upon Unifi subscription.. I thought it's the same as service start date but now I know it's different indeed. Appreciate the enlightenment bruh.. For example: My Service Start Date and Contract Start Date for UniFi 100Mbps started in Nov 2017. I got my Turbo 800 in Dec 2018. So now my Service Start Date is Dec 2018. My Contract Start Date remains on Nov 2017. Service Start Date is the one visible in unifi.com.my. Contract Start Date is not visible but you can ask 100 about this. I think it was visible if you went to the terminate service page. Not sure if it still is. And you are right pertaining the contract start date not visible in Unifi app. Only the service start date is visible which is the date i got the unifi turbo upgrade. |
