I am from Sarawak. I cant connect to jp server, even now. Yes, VPN can fix the issue. I have created report at 100 yesterday night. The customer service said it is only me who is having this issue, since nobody is having the issue (as in no one has reported the same case, so no notice/announcement in their system).

To anyone who has any issues, please report to 100 or livechat and create a report. It will be an indication to TM that something is wrong. They need to fix it. If the report is not in size-able amount, they won't know it is their fault, and just thought it must be only that one particular customer's issue.

I traced the route from Sibu to TM speedtest. Notice Kuching hops have high packet loss. The problem has already started yesterday, but the effect was not great. Only tonight, it significantly affected internet speed and many users.

Did you guys call 100 to create report on the matter? I already made one. As usual, customer service said that their system is ok, and nobody reported any faults. So... yeah...
