Was wondering if anybody came upon this problem.
Wanted to to the 30 days notice online to terminate for my very old contract (> 5 years). VIP10, then auto upgraded to VIP30, then upgraded to "unifi 300Mbps (Turbo Upgrade 2018)" It states remaining contact 23 months. They also give this warning: "There are some services that are still under contract. Early Termination Fees will be applied in the final bill." Is this correct? Did they renew contract because of the Turbo upgrade? |

Hey all, since yesterday my ping increased to 21~22ms from the usual 8~9ms out of sudden. Restarted few times and until today still the same.
What could be causing the issue? |

QUOTE(xjoshualaw29 @ Mar 13 2019, 08:55 PM) The technician said it was hardware version 3.01. However when i opened it, it's actually hardware version 1.0 but with some minor changes such as the network switch chip. Their firmware is the latest TP-LINK Malaysia Unifi firmware. I also changed it from the D-Link DIR-842 hardware version C2. I prefer that one and has bigger wifi coverage. I been using it for a week and no reboot issue compared to the first version TP-LINK from TM. Overall, this new one is already stable so yeah it's good. thanks for sharing, fixed link:https://forum.lowyat.net/index.phpshowtopic...post&p=91991746 https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=91991746 |

Ok, will try that. After some questions they conclude it is a system error. They can't do anything about it. They advise me to dispute termination charges if they appear in the bill.
