Just curious, does the tower assist / act as a giant antenna? Or was the intention to create the tower to elevate the router so it will be closer to the upper level?

According to their website, the TV plan comes as a package together with broadband . As such, you cannot remove it but you can downgrade to the cheapest plan.

I just notice in my bill they added a second TV plan without any consent from me last year and this year they merge & upgraded to the highest charge plan.

So I was wondering, is it the same as you or did you get 2 TV plan on your own?

Did the 30Mbps user got turbo to 100Mbps first?

I'm asking because I'm one of them and don't remember getting 100Mbps. Anyone else in the same situation can confirm?

This is my journey, started with

VIP 5Mbps -> 10Mbps -> 30Mbps -> 300Mbps

I didn't upgrade on my own, it was all free/bonus . I thought I had somehow missed the 100Mbps.
