Called customer service, apparently whole kajang and semenyih having network outage. Unknown issue. Can only wait.

Hi. Story continue.
Today TIME contractor come upgrade my 500mbps TIME package with HUAWEI Edge ONT. Speed test below 200mbps both using Mac Pro & Huawei 30pro:  Contractor said it is 'memang macam ni'. Can advise how do I further verify this? This post has been edited by research: Aug 12 2021, 06:36 PM |

Wonder if anyone has experience with ownership transfer. Nominee got first link that shows request has been processed but doesn't have the link for filling in his personal details. Contacted live chat multiple times, all they can do is send him the same first link that doesn't have follow up to fill in his details.. Anyone have idea on how long usually the follow-up link would be sent to nominee, and if there's a way to submit personal details manually?

The few days the connection like unstable, slow or unable to connect, virtual meeting keep disconnected, especially from 10am, after a while back to normal. Anyone facing the same issue?
I'm using TP-Link AX73 (wifi6) router, so far no issue with the speed & connection until this few days, I even tried restart modem & router and the result still the same. I'm staying at PJS 1 area. |

All is landed property. It really depends, normally within 1--2 months time assuming the tapping to the main trunk, outdoor cabinet etc are done. You can retain the line if TM allows you retain the line with a small fee (by migrating to copper platform), but usually this is really rare to get it done. Anyway you cant retain the same TM phone number under TIME FTTH platform. |

Hi guys, if I get a 100mbps plan, what would my actual achievable connection speeds be like, both wired and wireless? As I understand it, wired it should be close to 100mbps while for wireless it may be further away.
