Netflix? I have the same issue on Netflix

It's crazy how a VPN literally boosted my download speed by 5x.

I'm on TIME 100Mbps and I got 51MB/s download speed max (fluctuated between 5-51MB/s). Never had such experience with Unifi before. Glad I made the switch!

sial, last night connection suddenly super slow dl speed 7Mbps (barely able to watch youtube, getting auto 144p)

after reboot router from gateway dl speed improved a bit to 9Mbps,

wanted to request customer service to refresh port (used to do it with unifi) but the bot recommended self diagnostics, so i did self diagnostics and saw 'high fibre reading' and raised a ticket

after raising ticket then hard reboot by turning off ONU and router, after that LOS red light blinking

working from home with 1 bar 4G maxis data now tough WFH life with shitty maxis line here at kajang

TIME down. Earliest schedule for technician to check is tomorrow 3pm

Called customer service, apparently whole kajang and semenyih having network outage. Unknown issue. Can only wait.

Yes, if I remember right, the penalty is balance of remaining months.

So 139 x 18 months.

so tempted to upgrade the loyalty programme. rm10 extra for 300mbps ..

but sadly i don't even know if my future home has TIME or not, VP in about 5 months time.


got some questions:

if i want to change account name from wife's name to mine, will we still get the loyalty programme offer?

if we take on this programme and renewed contract, can it be terminated if our new home does not have TIME? (high rise)

any additional cost for changing service address?

Not sure, finished contract I guess. Offer to renew contract.

But gonna have to pass on it since I have no idea if TIME is coming to my new house. Cant risk penalty 500. Unless can get someone to take over ownership
