Dear Bro

Definately is possible ,  if your landed property is support by Time Fibre , you can go for it .

Time Is spreading the wing more to landed property , mostly in new housing project.

Thanks

What's the definition of 'is support by' Time Fibre?

Hi, may I know where is your landed property ?
If you are migrating to TIME at the same premise, first of all the premise must have TIME's coverage, else you can't do that as TIME does not utilize the same infra as TM's Unifi.

Thanks.

Thanks for the info.
Guess I am out of luck.

I was wondering how long does it take for Time infrastructure to be ready once the fiber is pulled along all the drains(longkang) in my taman?
All is landed property.

My current unifi package is 300mbps, plus HyypTV and a 'land' line. - RM197.
Can I still retain the land line number or need to change?
What option do I have?

Thanks for the reply.

so I will loose the land line number bye.gif

Coverage sure have cos the fiber & the junction box is right in front of my house in the the longkang! laugh.gif
>>> "I was wondering how long does it take for Time infrastructure to be ready once the fiber is pulled along all the drains(longkang) in my taman?"

Maybe pulling fiber along the longkang is a new method of coverage?
BTW
Which state or area of your Time Fiber Distributor covers?
Whole of Malaysia? hmm.gif
And what's offers can you give for the migration? Mesh & 55inch 4K TV? laugh.gif

Network Downtime Affecting customers at Relau & Sg Ara, Penang.

Issue escalated, ETA 4 hours from 5:30pm approx.

Boss, check with you, how is the time fiber going to enter a landed property from the longkang in front of the house? hmm.gif
The Unifi fiber is via a pole on the perimeter and strung across the land to the building.

Hi, it depends on the project, normally we will access your taman & type of layout & propose a standard cable routing. Some owners will have different requirements, we will advise them accordingly.

Thanks.
*
Taman already have fiber running along the longkang.
Now I wanna know, from the longkang in front of my house, how it the cable going thru the fence, garden then to the house.

Yes I know what you meant, thats why I said depends on project & house type, some we used micro conduit/GI/Pvc conduit to run the fibre into your house's FTB, some if there is any wall near to the drain, will run the cable on the wall until the FTB.

We will advise you later in more detailed during the installation.

Thanks.

Many thanks for the info! thumbup.gif
Once you mention conduit I already have the idea on the cabling needed to be done.

FYI nearest house wall is ~24 feet away from the drain.
Later will contact you on the registration & installation.

HI, if you dont want to be tied with another 2 years contract, then you can get a decent budgetary router like TP-Link AX20 router / Huawei AX3 Pro.

Thanks.
*
TP-Link AX20 is better than the TIME omnimesh?
