Also, lets say I would move out of the current installation location while still on contract, would there be extra charges needed for technician to come and help with moving process? For router/cables/etc

Wonder if anyone has experience with ownership transfer. Nominee got first link that shows request has been processed but doesn't have the link for filling in his personal details. Contacted live chat multiple times, all they can do is send him the same first link that doesn't have follow up to fill in his details.. Anyone have idea on how long usually the follow-up link would be sent to nominee, and if there's a way to submit personal details manually?
