Basically free speed upgrade to existing Unifi users. The RM99/month most likely placeholder so that TM share price doesn't drop drastically due to new MSAP implemented.

And finally TIME got competition for cheapest 100Mbps plan.

Not sure about that, since I'm on Time's 500mbps plan (RM139) and Unifi offers nothing compelling to me with this new pricing tier.

Ya for 500Mbps, TIME is still king. But TIME can be even more king if they are very large-hearted to reduce price as well.

As for up and down, Unifi hasn't released the specifics on their new pricing, the page is only going live after midnight tonight.

Now we wait for TIME and other ISPs to announce their new pricing as well.

I hope it comes soon since I'm on the 500Mbps RM99 for 6 months promo and plan to downgrade to 100Mbps once the rebate ends this October/September

Also Unifi offers more flexibility ie if I have to move house within my 2-year contract then I dont have to pay any penalty just by relocating, whereas TIME could be a possibility of penalty if I move to a place without TIME

I did that. They counter offer me with free 6 months. Since i need to moving out new house next month. Only need to pay reinstalling fee rm120. But still need to bring old router and modem.

TIME pricing is almost the lowest in the market.
I doubt they will steeply slash the price.

I pending to apply Time fiber at another housing. Already terminate with incompetent Allo /city bodoband.

Their international routing caused my fps competitive gaming to have constant packet loss/drops.

Already escalated to mcmc and the issue seems to "resolved" then few months the line. The issue reoccurring. Was using 500Mbps line and only me and my partner using the line all the time.

To add more. Given them the Wireshark logs they also can't interpret what's going on. Had to pin point their so called level 3 support. LMAO

Guess allo just wasted a good physical infrastructure (fiber connection) that they have, with poor performance.
