yes, happened when i terminated both Ikhwan cards. 1 showed "not authorised", another 1 just active. It was terminated completely after my bill gen.

Understood but what I meant was it was still showing like normal which I expect at least it changed to card not authorised etc

Just called the CS. Got bullshitted twice by the same person .

1. Cannot transfer my BT from the useless Visa card to Amex
2. Cannot cancel the Visa as it's bundled with the Amex under M2c

Will call again until I get the right outcome.

just called to cancelled by Visa on Maybank2Card as well and they did it for me ... same reason due to SST

Now I'm waiting for them to process my other request to move some of my credit line from Islamic Ikhwa side back to conventional since Ikhwan I use it for petrol and also grocery shopping on the weekend and don't need 30K there

Normally if closed a/c or cancelled credit card it will show not authorised in red at the balance but mine wasn't

I'm curious as to how come you guys do not hesitate at all to cancel the Mastercard just keeping Amex. I always find myself use both Mastercard/Amex very frequently because some shops do not accept Amex CC.
Do you guys own another bank Mastercard instead?

I have FCB VS. Don't care about other visa and mastercard with only rm1 =1point

Hope MBB allows me to transfer existing BT from M2visa to FCB instead of M2Amex.
