At the moment no, but I'll be on a lookout for other MasterCard offering since this one is only 1x TP. Really not worth keeping. For Visa I already have MBB FCB

#Victor don't think there's much we can do. Just recall and talk to a different CS.

Just called again and managed to get the approval to move my BT installments from the M2c Visa card to the Amex card. According to CS will be done within 5 working days.

Another surprising thing is the CS said I can only transfer the installment if I want to cancel the Visa card rolleyes.gif ..

I have other cc from other banks that gives cashback too. And I prefer cb than points.

Hi all. I read that we can now cancel one of the MBB 2 cards (which is either master or visa), and just keep the AMEX card. Is that correct?

Just initiated cancellation on my visa gold just now that MBB CS called me after I've requested it on the FB page. Action was prompt. rclxm9.gif Shall wait for next 5 working days after TP has been transfer to my Amex

I just called to cancel my Mastercard for M2C and the CS told me that the Amex cannot be renewed and the points cannot be transferred later.

Is this how it is going to be for everyone else? confused.gif confused.gif

Sounds like after the expiration year. Maybe someone should call and ask? Or simply apply again in the future loh

I don't hold any maybank2me cards, so I can't call. Just a potential card holder.

If you watch their ad from 15-20 years ago when it was launched, they pronounce it as maybank-to-you. So when someone says "to you" you say "to me". Get it?

I just called to cancel. Nothing mentioned about Amex renewal. He didn't even ask my cancellation reason.
