Noticed annual fee was charged and waived on my VS card annually on 27th Jan. Anyone know whats the duration they take to calc the annual spending in order to entitle the annual fee waiver ?

I forgot about this last weekend will pay coming Saturday and see how if I get the cash back. Hopefully it gets posted before Feb.
