Have make a called to cs but seem like busy, no person attend to my call.
Usually call to Visa Signature or Platinum line is fast, not sure is it because a lot of people calling to cancel the card |

Just drop by Maybank card Centre at 1 Utama.
Request to replacement my Maybank2cards Amex. Two options: 1) can be correct tomorrow but the Member Since will be change to 18 instead of remain 2) Member Since will not change but need to take 5 working days and it will send to your mailing address Above 2 options will not effect on your 16 digits number and CVV, so I option for first one which is the faster way |
