Based on my study,
the RM25 SST can be waived or refunded if there is no transaction between the anniversary date and the card termination date. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I have a 12 months installment on my Maybank credit card. I'm thinking to cancel it.
The last transaction's PO date will be 10/4/2021 and my card's anniversary month is Feb.

If I don't have any purchase transaction between Feb 2021 and 10/4/2021, do I able to ask for refund for RM25 SST after I cancel my card?

may I know does anyone able to use AMEX for paying bill/reload Prepaid on Shopee?

I have my AMEX card saved into Shopee,
and I'm able to use my AMEX to checkout item.

But when I come to bill payment and prepaid reload,
Shopee always showing "Oppss Payment failed",
in the meanwhile,
Maybank APP pushed notification mentioned that amount is charged
(The transaction didn't PO after 2 days)

I never receive SMS from Maybank for swiping card,
but only OTP for online transactions
Btw, maybank will sent push notifications via its app

Edit: Seem like AMEX removed cashback/treatpoint for instalment.
I didn't know they amend the T&C

Yes, Digi accepted AMEX in its app and entitled for 5% weekend cashback

I did the same thing before. Double payment to my credit card.
But I did success to ask the Bank to transfer back to my Maybank saving account.
