SPaylater is under SeaMoney Capital Malaysia Sdn Bhd, an associate of Shopee Malaysia.
Shopee Digital Goods was under Shopee Malaysia at the beginning and I could win special cashback. Then suddenly it was changed to "Airpay Malaysia" then I didn't win the special cashback (January 2021).

Yeap, I guess for now it will grant cash back if I purchase on weekday using SPayLater then pay on weekend with Amex.

Shopee Digital Goods is what ya btw? Those vouchers? or paying bills?

Yes vouchers and bill payment managed by SEA Group.
Eg Shell vouchers were sold by SEA (Shopee, Airpay, ShopeePay, SeaMoney) directly.

But Setel vouchers are sold by Setel Official Store in Shopee Platform, the payment will go to "Shopee...MY".

i've tried searching and reading the past posts but just to confirm again, if i got RM1k transaction today, even though it is most likely posted 2-3 days later which can be already consider Feb, but my transaction today still should be counted for cashback in January right? I just want to confirm and don't want to waste using this card in Feb if my transaction today will end up calculated in Feb cashback pool... thanks!

Yes most likely will, as it counts based on transaction date not posting date.

If you track your own cashback, then that would be the best. Sometimes if the transaction is posted past the cashback distribution, then you'll have to contact the CS about it.

The thing is this is probably the first time i utilize my card at the last minute as usually i would have spent up the rm1k before the last weekend... 🙃

Actually not entirely correct. Yes, you will be granted with cash back because transaction date is on weekend but may use your Feb cash back pool if it’s posted in Feb.

Always remember that transaction date determines cash back eligibility and posting date determines cash back month.
