try to reinstall the app? my phone is from 2017 and it can still run BigPay. (all my other banking apps i put into secondary newer phone)

I found out that I have to disable Developer options in Android phone. It works already.

i last week have this exact issue too, even without enable developer mode.
and next day i can login as usual...so i didnt try it for days, and just now notice it cant open again...

It seems bp now not showing the 1% fees amount during topup but show the final amount during otp verification

sorry to ask stupid question.

other than use to buy flight ticket what else you use for bigpay? now need RM100 only get 1 point. so hard to already.

if use at overseas which one better? bigpay or TNG? heard 1% will be charge soon. wonder which cheaper

Should use GX card instead, because of the 1% CB. Not sure about TnG as never tried using it overseas

Spare.. suddenly MBB, CIMB.. susah nanti.

Now got GX, can replace BigPay with it

BigPay also can freeze card, if not use.. just freeze.

Only for AA flight ticket .. other flight ticket also no use lol
overseas SCB jumpstart debit is best for now i think

Yes have been using duitnow all this time. Via Bigpay at least considered as using card/transaction. May be earning points?tongue.gif

i would give the best debit card for overseas transactions for now to GXBank, but it's up to the individual

1. Why use Bigpay buy AA ticket kena charge cross border fee?
2. Nabeh.., before link the Bigpay to AA say got 5% discount if use Bigpay. Key in liao the promo code tiada pun. What went wrong here ?

happen to me before,

i do a chat with CS, mention on this isse, get back the cross-border fee. u can try.
