Anyone notice the Duitnow option are disappear in BP apps ?

nope, i can still see duitnow transfer and Duitnow ID setup

I have use my AirAsia point to redeem the RM10 BigPay cashback with 1250 points via superapps.
However not sure how to make it successfully to receive the cashback eventhough have tried to use BigPay to pay. Anyone know how to do?

The tnc for that is actually quite inconvenient.
The credit will be fulfilled within 30 days.
Only usable for eligible transactions. What even is the eligible transactions? Not mentioned...
Up to 10% of rebate can be utilised from the cashback credit.
Cashback will expire if not utilised within 30 days from being awarded...

Yes. Totally agreed.
TnC is so uncertain, to receive voucher also can take up to30 days (manual)
The superapps is laggy as well. Cant imagine they still call this as 'SUPERAPP' and wanna make this apps as their main income stream...
Inside BigPay apps also didnt show anything about cashback

AirAsia Move app says there is 5% discount if we link BigPay. After I link, there is no discount at all. Is this another scam?

Hi, recently i mnp port in digi my big pay registered number, now can't receive otp, do i need to contact bp cs or after few days it will automatically ok ?

Not urgent wanna use my virtual card but still need otp once a while

Not surprised. Airasia a lot of fake promotions.
They advertised bonus airmiles for credit card conversions last time. After I converted didn't get the bonus and they ask me if the promotion even exist lol. I had to take a screenshot from their own Facebook page to show them.

Anyone received this? Do we need to click use now at voucher section?
