With theur old Master Card, yes, the exchange rate is better than money changer, furthermore reduce wastage of over convert with money changer

Yes, you need to activate the card, perform topup then only can use the BigPay card up to the available balance jn your BigPay account.

And NO, nowadays no more additional processing fee buying Airasia ticket with credit card, hence pay with BigPay or any other credit card will not incur additional charges. Likewise using Bigpay card paying for Airasia ticket will not give you any discount either

Bigpay is losing their market share and confidence from customer

Changing from Master to VISA make their exchange rate no longer competitive

Most of all, it's very hard to talk to someone when issue arise, the only method is through the chat or email which take ages to get a reply.

I only use it as a platform to fulfill RM 1k of credit card spending, not much of advantage using Bigpay nowadays

Very disappointed with BigPay, tried to use the card for Etiqa car insurance payment, tried virtual and actual card, both also cannot go through, Etiqa said Bigpay problem, Bigpay say no problem at their end, need 1~2 days to check...

Most of the time, cc transaction done mid-night 12am very high chance got rejected, money charged but gone no where and failed transaction. Worst you got no one support you during this hour.

Now you been warn, if you still insist, you gonna bear the consequences.

Worst part is to get a CS of BP is not a guarantee thing, can't get instant reply.

TnG customer service "slightly" better than BigPay

But at the end of the day you will still hate TnG customer service if encounter issue
