If most of my transactions are local, then BigPay is not worth it?

Is there a benefit if I use BigPay card when I order food from AirAsia app?

How often do you get called by scammers? Once a month? Once a year?

I'm thinking of signing up for BigPay but won't if the scammers are too annoying.

Do we get BigPoints if we use BigPay to topup other e-wallets like Grab, Shopee and TouchnGo?

According to the tracking number, my card was already printed since last week waiting at KL. I wonder why AirAsia doesn't bother to mail my card.

BigPay is funny. They took their time when sending me the physical card. The card was just sitting there in KL and not being delivered for a long time.

3 days ago, I finally got my physical card but didn't activate it yet. Now, BigPay is sending me a notification every day, "Have you received your card? Activate it now." I'm taking my time also.

What is AirAsia Pocket?

I guess it is rolled out by batches. It appeared in my BigPay app this morning. I only see the online bank in as topup source for AirAsia Pocket.

Has anyone tried to topup more than rm1,000 with a credit card? Does it show you the fee for topping up over 1,000?

It seems like it doesn't show the fee. I was going to topup more than rm1,000 but then the app asked me for my credit card CVC without showing the fee. It's very deceptive. I should see the fee first before I decide to topup or not.

Do you still use the virtual credit card if you have the physical credit card already?

Is there an alternative to AirAsia BigPay prepaid card? I hate AirAsia's customer support and I will switch to another prepaid card if possible. Does Grab or TnG have prepaid cards?

Bye BigPay. I don't want to pay 1% credit card topup fee. I used to topup rm1,000 monthly

I will still keep it in case I book an AirAsia flight or if I travel overseas.
