Withdraw at atm got charges or not?

Yes me too as i try modified use Airasia apps. Then I use desktop also jam there but then it has deducted my BP cash and i have received the new itinerary and successful

Bigpay cannot reload. is the system something wrong now? first time encounter. system slow.. now double money inside the card

now reload can but AA website say use another card to complete the booking

Yes same issue yesterday and half hour later...double enter same amount of money inside Bigpay. Now i need to see where can used up too much money inside the Bigpay card

Any encounter like me? One day i click to buy things and i dunno is a scam link, so my card was deducted RM18 on 12.3.19. I immediately notify the CS. They say cant do anything as i have authorise the payment. Ok RM18 forget it. Yesterday again the scam want to deduct RM395 from my card. Lucky insufficient fund and i have frozen when i didn't use it thanks to this group advise. Now I want to chat with CS but today they are off. Hope others precaution when no use frozen the card. Thank you

I think you better get a card replacement. Last time also i accidentally clink into fraud link and purchase something. Informed CS they say cant do anything even I immediately called to block the card. Second time they try to deduct from my card again and too bad my card not enough cash. Then i ask for replacement and freeze my card whenever not using
