QUOTE(koala225 @ Jul 9 2019, 09:36 PM) BP having the best cs support among all others e wallet. U should try boost and see what happen, u never get any feedback at all is very common over there. If u can't tolerate their service, u may option for cc instead.🤗 Talk about Boost customer service...vomit blood; Asking for my transaction history ... after 4 weeks only they finally emailed to me... After numerous emails; Facebook and raising tickets in the app

After numerous emails; Facebook and raising tickets in the app I just raise up the problem let people know BP is the best cs support among e wallet industries. We should not compare e wallet with banks. If anyone prefer bank service, why use e wallet? Of course have some feature is attractive. If u can't tolerate it, u may seek for the bank, then don't complaint bank oversea charges higher than BP. Each company have their own features.

QUOTE(raizil @ Jul 9 2019, 07:26 PM) But I do think banks have a better customer service. It has been horrible for me. I've been connected to at least 6 supports and none can give me a definitive answer. There's also no way for me to call them. I've emailed them too and no reply. Being a debit card, they need to act quickly. I never have issue with credit card before for as long as I can remember. Already had couple of issues with BigPay in just few months gap. When it's good, it's good but it can be real shit when it is not working. BNM is the way to go. dun waste your time with their CS.

What happens if you transfer funds to someone which would cause their balance to exceed 10k? Say he has 9k now and you transfer 2k. Transfer will bounce back? Or put on hold until he got enough quota?

Transaction failures are not uncommon....
For cc, such transactions are handled in the background, and consolidated and cleared spends are posted.....
For BP, because of the instant post nature, you will see this background management live.....failed purchase is posted, then reversed with a strike through....making it looks like a terribly incompetent unsafe system.....
It's the same system....master card gateway and network....
