Online transaction. Buying a ticket from AirAsia and it failed the first time, I click the button again still get an error.
For some reason, a few minutes later, both transaction is successful in the app. Still an error on AirAsia website.
Today they returned the money after constantly complaining through email. (They stop replying after few emails)
I like the card. My trip to Sydney was totally cashless. I carried no cash at all.
But when something goes wrong, it is really wrong since its a debit card. You imagine if my double charge was close to 10k. 60 days is a ridiculous waiting time.
Everything can be done less than in day if you want to do it that way. Are they sending the form using a pigeon? or TMNet?
