Can you share us the findings here once you have them? I think it's very apparent that this issue has caused some of us who were unaffected to be jittery. This is akin to the Russian roulette now. sweat.gif

Not sure if I'm reading you right but is there a way to have BigPay send us email whenever a transaction takes place? I have email registered in my profile but I've never receive any email from BigPay so far. hmm.gif

To those who last received their BIG points early July, you might want to check AirAsia BIG portal to verify if the points did register there. I just found that my my last BIG points earned via BP didn't get registered in AirAsia BIG portal. hmm.gif

The BP BIG points are supposed to be sync'ed over to AirAsia BIG everyday at midnight but last I checked, my 6th August BP BIG points have yet to appear in AirAsia BIG portal. sad.gif
