Well, to be fair I went there when they just newly opened that time, only few weeks old.
Anyway, QCM is really good. thumbup.gif
RM 139 for 30Mbps is not bad.

Why need to change package, can't u just cancel the STD20?
*
Price remain same as RM159 with/without standard voice package, it's free from TM.
There will not be RM20 rebate if remove STD20.

QUOTE(mylinear @ Mar 15 2018, 07:51 PM)
I know before the 2 years is up, they will have another offer for these RM139 users to retain them, but...

Don't know why they are so inconsistent and have so many different variations. When the RM139 promo came out they said price for 2 years then back to RM199. At that time Unifi website also showed RM199 for 30M. Later they said price back to RM179 instead of RM199. These are different agents saying different things. Then I noticed Unifi website also changed the 30M to RM179 as it shows now.
*
Yeah... good to have you highlight this, previously was RM199 and now RM179, strange. hmm.gif
TM staff told me by the time the contract about ended and there is new package, just hop in to any TMPoint and sign-up that new package and will be okay. laugh.gif
The catch is ==> another 24 months contract. rolleyes.gif

guys, i have a question if you don't mind answering.

At my girlfriends house, her internet connection only seems to work for PC/Laptops.. not working on mobile phones

i tried digging in her router settings (RG4332) and tried checking the DHCP server (enabled) and WiFi encryption setting set to WPA2+AES.
All of our phones can connect to the WiFi but only the PCs get internet ,shes using a oneplus 3.
Should i disable IPV6 and run the router in IPV4 only?? dont know if that would help. its not just her phone, other people too including mine.

kinda clueless, is this some weird underground internet subcription limited to only PCs?

soonwai can you help?

Disable IPv6 and see if that helps. Check the DNS settings as well. I would suggest changing router as well bro, as the router that your girlfriend is using is old and there are better routers out there.

Strange problem. Try first silentvampire's suggestion of turning off IPv6. I've used RG4332s at coffee shops with my phone before, no problem.

When a phone is connected to the wifi, what is the phone's IP configuration?

What do you mean by "some weird underground internet subcription"?

I think this might be what xefron mentioned recently? Maybe its only limited to condos where Time is and not to all users everywhere.

just wondering, if you upgrade package,

when does it take effect? within 24 hours or next billing cycle date?

if take effect immediately, how does it count? charge rest of days with new rate?

if u have existing streamyx service , you are eligible for this promotion (even if it's for new subscriber), can transfer ur old number into unifi

my streamyx 4mbps was rm 140 (not inc gst yet)

upgraded to unifi rm 139 (not inc gst yet), but got new contract for 2 years

price of rm 139 only limited for during contract period, after 2 years then revert back to original price rm 179

it's

30mbps - RM139 (179)
50mbps - RM 189 (forgot what price, should be 229-239)
