I just upgrade on line n was told it take mininum 7 days to activate n will inform us by email or sms when its done

How u manage to know u have been upgrade. Did they notify u by sms or email

Last friday early morning call 100 to register for the Rm10 upgrade n till today still waiting for their sms or email aldy 7days hoprfully 2moro will receive good news

This morning call up 100 n enquire when is my RM10 upgrade n told me by tomorrow or wednesday, i confirm my upgrade on 17 nov. but just now receive sms my upgrade done have to go back n check my speed mine from 30 to50

I havent been using my hypp tv since day one i install my unifi about 5-6years aldy if not mistaken but today i try using it but keep showing error code n network disconnect why , any sifu can commend on this.tq

My cable is ok bcos i test it with my android tv. By the way the lan cable connect to router or modem n which port maybe i connect wrongly.tq

Sorry to bust your bubble.. But most lucky one is paying RM169/179 for 100Mbps.. Which is twice your current speed. Upload and download speeds.. Oh yeah, plus an extra Hypptv package like Ruby..

I still believe for 50Mbps user i am still the best n for your info i can upgrade to 100Mbps for 169 but i turn down their offer bcos for me 50mbps speed is good enough for me

I know bro.but for 50Mbps is good enough for me n at the same time i dont have to tie up for another 2years
