about voice std20, is it include free call to other network too or just free call to tm fixed line? Read tat few pages before but kinda confuse, i though theres another voice package with 600mins free call to other network.

HyppTV connects to router. As others have said, could be port 4 or 1. Just try all of them and see. Which router do you have?

STD20 is 600 mins free to TM landlines, all mobiles & all OLNOs (other landlines). After the 600mins, free to TM landlines only.

I don't think there's another voice package. If you mean "Voice Premium Calls (Barring IDD Call + 600)", that's not a voice package. Some think that this is referring to the 600mins free calls but it's not. It's a feature for barring IDD and 600 premium calls (numbers beginning with 1-600.)

the ping issue has been fixed, around 20min after post and email it, pretty fast.

Just call them up and ask to change equipment - but an one-time RM50 fee will be applied to your bill and your contract will be extended

I did this when I upgraded my UniFi to the Advance 30 plan, and they changed the old D-Link silver colored router to the new TP-Link C1200. I think the ONU is also changed to the newer Alcatel-Lucent unit

yes they will replace it for free. Just did it with my gf house. i told them wifi is slow and cant reach my upgraded speed of 50mbps. When the technician came to our place, they just replaced it without asking anything or doing any speedtest coz the router look so old with only single band..

My house and gf house also get dlink dir850... sad no archer for us.

Yesterday all my android devices (2 phones, 1 tvbox) suddenly no internet connection. The phone only can use facebook, whatsapp and instagram.

At first I thought my asus router kong already. But when I tried with PC (cable) and laptop (wifi), no problem at all.

I double checked all the ipv6 settings in the router, all disabled already.

Does anyone happen to experince similar situation?

Done. Even asked 100 to reset port. Nothing.

So this just happened again after last weekend shenanigan (same problem like the video) where I called 100 to check the modem and the technician replaced it with a new one. I just don't know what to do anymore and why does this always happens on weekend where I'm home almost 24/7 . Technician only works on monday.

Looks like a power problem. Or the modem died again. Do you have another 12V DC PSU to try?

if u just renewed contract, the extended 1 yr warranty for stb and router will cover it, foc.

mine is 6 years old... still good, no chance to change!!
