MACC arrests five more people over Telekom cable theft KUALA LUMPUR: Five more people have been detained in connection with the theft of Telekom Malaysia cables. Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) personnel arrested the suspects between 8pm and 10pm on Friday. One of them, a 42-year-old Telekom technician from Kuala Lumpur, has been remanded for five days. He allegedly colluded with a Telekom contractor to issue 55 maintenance order documents containing non-existent details in order to transport out cables from Telekom's warehouses. MACC investigations director Datuk Simi Abdul Ghani said the investigation team is identifying several other individuals to assist in the probe. On Wednesday (Jan 10), 12 people, including a Telekom technical officer, were picked up over alleged corruption and abuse of power that resulted in losses of between RM4mil and RM6mil to Telekom. |

QUOTE(brianklc @ Jan 12 2018, 12:50 PM) mind to give example how maxis bring more value? and can i know when does maxis is cheaper? apple to apple comparison... Maxis cheaper a bit, upload speed same as download speed, have free calls, free iFlix subscription. UniFi expensive than Maxis, upload speed halved of download speed, no free calls, have HyppTV set top box only but need to pay extra for tv channels. |

Yes, Possible to come on the same day as the report. Experienced it before. Call to complain and within a few hours, tech guy was over. Really just depends on the problem and availability in your area. This post has been edited by voncrane: Jan 14 2018, 01:23 AM |

The score is Maxis 4 - Unifi 0.UniFi expensive than Maxis, upload speed halved of download speed, no free calls, have HyppTV set top box only but need to pay extra for tv channels. Sorry if the question got people ask before,
Is there anyway to connect 2 wifi router into a Unifi BTU ? Currently using D-Link DIR-850L provide by TM which is unstable in wifi connection. The connection is inconsistent and easily disconnected even though i am infront of the wifi router. Previously im using TP-LINK ac1200 D5 to connect my streamyx and the wifi is great. So my question is there any idea to use two wifi router, one is solely for HYppTv (DIR-850L)and another is wifi connection such as gadgets , ip cam etc (TP-LINK AC1200) ? And will it affect the speed as well? Please help, i need your guys advice. |

Assuming your dlink lan address is 192.168.1.1 Set up tplink lan ip address to 192.168.1.2 manually or something. Set up dlink dhcp to only give out address from 192.168.1.10 onwards to 192.168.1.255 Setup tplink to disable dhcp on it. Since your dlink will handle that. Tplink when set up like that will run as Access point. **your normal wifi setting applies. dlink wan port connected to the BTU. And the hypptv port 4 still works as per normal. (you can disable dlink wifi or turn it off so less interference) This post has been edited by skywardsword: Jan 14 2018, 09:07 AM |

QUOTE(KaizokuLuffy @ Jan 14 2018, 08:55 AM) Sorry if the question got people ask before, You can't connect the 2nd one to the BTU. You can connect it to the existing router. You'll need to set it up as an AP - at the very least, giving it a different IP address and turning off its DHCP server. No effect to the speed. Is there anyway to connect 2 wifi router into a Unifi BTU ? Currently using D-Link DIR-850L provide by TM which is unstable in wifi connection.
