I've moved in a new area, the area has coverage but the ports are full. There are other streets nearby my area have ports, can ask TM to pull cable from there?

Why UniFi are so popular here despite Maxis is giving more value with cheaper price?

QUOTE(SilentVampire @ Jan 11 2018, 10:57 PM) Because Maxis is rather inflexible. First, they rely on Unifi infra so if there are any problems, you have to go through them and they have to go through Unifi, so the repair can be slightly delayed. Second, their VoIP is only configurable from their router, so if you want to use your own router, you have to either bridge their router to use VoIP, or get a router than can support VoiP. I thought UniFi calls also using VoIP?

QUOTE(aneip @ Jan 11 2018, 11:51 PM) Small inconvenience. But most important their international gateway not really superior than unifi. But how about their international routing? Which one has the best internet routing with the lowest ping?

QUOTE(brianklc @ Jan 12 2018, 12:50 PM) mind to give example how maxis bring more value? and can i know when does maxis is cheaper? apple to apple comparison... Maxis cheaper a bit, upload speed same as download speed, have free calls, free iFlix subscription. UniFi expensive than Maxis, upload speed halved of download speed, no free calls, have HyppTV set top box only but need to pay extra for tv channels.
