my unifi line is rubbish again this morning. speed test max 7mbps only, more or less
IP address tested 219.x.x.x and 175.x.x.x

speed was excellent last night

I see. I am also from Sarawak. Was ok last night and not ok this morning. Maybe some issue (problem or upgrading) in our region?

yea , from sarawak too. Download speed very slow this morning.
Upload speed is normal though.

ahh this is new for me. . i think still got hypptv basic not full pack as per entitle with entertainment pack.

price also slighly diffrent.

i can see it in --> TM WEBSITE

you means since you don't have any hypptv package, will STB provided for free channel viewing?

since i just got upgraded from 30 to 50Mbps...how do i check whether i "miraculously" got unlimited voice package on the unifi occ account ?

i tried clicking on "modify bundle" but it directs me to tm website with an e-form to complete...last time i remember there were options to choose from on the unifi occ account site itself...

No longer able to check "Modify Bundle" page since months ago.
You gotta test to know, I just go to know recently that I got free calls after my niece made calls to her mum (my sister). My UniFi was relocated to sister's house.

Sent a twitter message to @TMConnects but they said no problem in my area. It's either they are unaware, or it's not an area problem, more like region problem like you said.

Wonder if anyone else in SWK has the same issue.

Checked my speed, only 3 Mbps while it should be 30 Mbps. Will call TM 100.

Initially they said in Feb, then in June, latest update is in sept. Still waiting for the sms on the upgrade.

Really think we in Sarawak are being left behind. Excuse is waiting for system upgrade. Really want to know what is that system upgrade.

P/S Called TM100. They reset my line at their end. Now back to 30 Mbps. Good. But annoying when I have to do this every now and then when the speed is slow.

Hi All, it seems like the offering for Unifi packages had been changed.

- Unifi Lite - 10mbps
- Unifi Advance - 30mbps
- Unifi Pro - 100mbps

So no more 50mbps at RM249 excl. gst?
