I have unifi 30Mbps , worked fine until this afternoon. Superslow now.

I wonder what the problem is ?

Also how do you guys get the 50Mbps free upgrade? Still got offer available ?

I remember my parents telling me they got a message from TM but she didn't understand what they mean, something about an upgrade. I told my parents to say yes.. but they didn't do anything lol. Guess 30Mbps more than enough for them.
I was away from Miri and of course from my parents so can't tech support them .

can I ask how you get the free 50mbps upgrade ?

This video opened my mind . Now I know why broadband is expensive in Malaysia (and also Australia I guess) ... ( wink wink it's singapore .. wink wink it's also because most content is in the US , wink wink also because of infrastructure stuff)

This is in 2010 though don't know how is it now in 2017 , but I must say better than before.

Upload speed is normal though.
