Yes, provided the area has UniFi. I have relocated mine twice.

First time relocation is free and second time onward should be RM 300 relocation fees but recently they have removed this as well until further notice. So I was lucky to relocate second time in the right time.

Hi. I have Unifi and I can get 50 mbps easy. With a VPN set on router AC68U, the best I got was 18 mpbs, a 65% reduction in speed. What are you people getting?

After waiting for over 10 months, finally I gotten the free upgrade today from 50 to 100.

2 technicians come over with a D-Link DIR850L router, but I told them I'm using my own Asus RT-AC68U. So there's no need to change the router.

So they just standard SOP, pluck-in cable do some speed test, update user data system and signing forms. That's it. They say I get the keep the D-Link router as that was my property.

Im satisfied with the performance of the legendary DIR 615.

I called TM just now to enquire about the RM10/month upgrade. The CS said only eligible when you receive the sms offer.

Should I try my luck again later?

Maybe I should call every week to pester them or something. Been a loyal customer since 2010.

Anyone knows what's the maximum speed attainable for high rise building?

Called TM to inquire about the RYE upgrade and was told that as my home is high rise, it could only support up to 50 mbps 

But i thing it is depend TM see that building line,2week ago i ask TM my building support max speed is 30mb,if u say VDSL can get max at 50mb++,then this 50mb got include the hypptv use about 10mb+30mb internet speed?
or is 50mb+10mb hypptv?

I'm currently on 50mb thank you surprise package and my upload speed can hit 20mb comfortably though 

Called TM once again just now, was told this time to drop by TMpoint, apply and wait for the technical team to visit my place to check whether 100 can be supported 

Unifi download speed very slow here only 20-30 kb/s last few days.

Is it possible to downgrade from Thankyou Surprise 50Mbps to Unifi Advance 30Mbps @ RM139? I was chatting with the TM Live Chat Agent and the agent said the 30Mbps @ RM139 is for new installation only
