on LAN the speed is pretty much the same both DL/UL even the ping rate is similar
didn't test 5ghz, since we don't have any devices with proper 5ghz wifi here.

btw i think the unifi is on FTTH since we're on landed home.

which miri area were you guys? i'm at pujut 9. unifi 30mbps, still not getting the free upgrade yet.

my line was really crappy since evening.
and the bad speed degrading since a few weeks ago didn't help either. and i thought i was the only one having bad speed.

i'm only getting around 7mbps DL since last month (which i just realized). it was a stable 7mbps-ish... lol, but of course it's not fair since we paid for 30mbps, not 7mbps. shakehead.gif
sent complain email in the afternoon, and the line become worse in the evening lol. supposed to be the other way round. rclxub.gif

my unifi line is rubbish again this morning. speed test max 7mbps only, more or less
IP address tested 219.x.x.x and 175.x.x.x

speed was excellent last night

Sent a twitter message to @TMConnects but they said no problem in my area. It's either they are unaware, or it's not an area problem, more like region problem like you said.

Wonder if anyone else in SWK has the same issue.

my unifi seems a bit slow tonight. was just fine in the morning.
anybody else have the same experience?

it's a bit rainy over here in miri though...
