TM will SMS/call you about 1 day in advance to arrange installation. The installer will install and configure the HyppTV box. Only the phone, i.e. wired phone, need to be redeemed from TM Point. They will deduct 3500 point from your TM Rewards for the wired phone |

I didn't request for bonanza upgrade yet. i'm former vip5(RM149) user freely upgraded to vip 10, today get sms subscribed to hypptv everywhere plan a, and got 2 sms with the unify modify message, any idea whats going on?

RM149 should be 30Mbps. RM179 50Mbps Your VIP10 now is RM129 (or 119?) only. i called TM customer service and ask about the bonanza upgrade and the CS told me only selected customer who receive the sms will get it...since i did not get any sms, i am not qualified. Then somemore she say in the system, did not show my account qualify for the upgrade. so i asked the CS to help submit an appeal on my behalf to allow me to have the RM10 add on upgrade. Fingers crossed.... |
