i also went to TM Point yesterday . Bayan Baru Pg. They said the Bonanza campaign will be back on their system 15th Nov. She took my thumbprint and say will process for me tomorrow.
upgrade from Lite to Lite 30MB --> add RM10/month. no deck phone, agent will come and install STB box this week.

Already went to TMPoint yesterday...currently on unifi 10mbps rm149 for 2 house...ask for upgrade to the new 30mbps rm139...one house got 1 port available but they still need to check first whether the port is ok or not...the other house no more port and they only take report on my request, will inform me when the port become available. info: fyi, need to make new subscription for the bonanza promotion meaning will get new phone number and account. have to keep current account first in case the port not available...after the new account setup successful then need to go back tmpoint bring the old modem/router to terminate the old account .

I applied for the upgrade last Friday at TM Point, Shah Alam.
But as the Bonanza upgrade was not in their system, they just took me thumbprint and gave me a service request form

Based on respective team feedback, the package is offered for new customer only and not applicable for upgrade for time being.

So I wan ranting last week about the upgrade thingy. Well well.. upon receiving the call from TM Point (Miri), they finally made a order to process my upgrade from lite (129) to bonanza (139) without informing me.

How i got to know it?
1st, i got an email stating my hypptv plan was changed. I find it wierd.. but my gut feeling keep telling me to login unifi.com.my to c wat changed.
2nd, i login n check in unifi.com.my under 'activity'. Saw an order submitted on Friday 5PM (5mins after TM Point called).
3rd, copy the order no. n check with live chat y hypptv plan chaged. see below.

Anyway, will not trust them until someone call me for appointment n upgrade my speed since they already U-TURN so many times. Lets c how. fingers crossed for now.

I don need to free call plan. I believe that another RM20 on top. BTW, I don get a DECT phone for upgrade. Need to redeem a lousy wired phone from TM point with your points. Don bother and not gonna plug in anyphone to use. Mobile telco nowadays offer free calls for family plan. Haha

Hypptv I subscribed to Jumbo Lite. I don get dual package combo like others forumer here. It is good enough for me, as Netflix still serve as my main entertainment. My priority was the 30mbps, not Hypptv.
1. Call 100/ live chat asking for upgrade
2. Go to TM point ask for upgrade
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2. Be persistent. I keep telling them other ppl are getting the upgrade, why I cant?

p/s: my fren went to TM point to get upgrade after my installation date was confirmed, but not able to. TM point took his details n thumbprint. Let see how it goes...

I keep on getting calls from tm... but they offer me rm139 upgrade for 24 mths only.... haizz
