QUOTE(MrSpeedy @ Nov 14 2017, 11:42 AM) Unifi Lite usually come with Hypptv Everywhere only. if that's the case, yes, mine is indeed real HypptvHowever for Advanced and Pro, they got STB which they can which they can watch Hypptv from there. Hypptv Everywhere is a Play/Apps stores with terrible UI and remote controller support. For real Hypptv like Advanced and Pro, you can use STB remote to navigate the channels. 1. Is our STB connected via ethernet into port 4 from your router? 2. Where do you launch you Hypptv? Lunching Hypptv from main menu or from My Applications sub-menu? |

tm point is also agent to TM..most of the time they also don't know..that's why always got complain
like last time when I applied for unifi lite..they gadoh2 with me said no coverage while TM said ada..I told them don't check my address under unifi (fibre) coverage ofcoz la don't support..i'm asking them to check for unifi lite under streamyx package..well, partly it's TM's fault also for using confusing 'unifi' name for package under streamyx (copper) |

QUOTE(blacktubi @ Nov 14 2017, 02:41 PM) I not sure if my area is covered under Unifi Lite but I have been using Streamyx 8Mbps for years now. TM Point always use their Unifi Search instead of Streamyx search. yup..it shows under the new website, that's why i applied..I wonder if Unifi Lite is displayed when you check at unifi.com.my and it clearly shows under streamyx package..but bloody tm point search under unifi (fibre), that's why no coverage..explain pun x paham2 |

QUOTE(MrSpeedy @ Nov 14 2017, 06:04 PM) Oh wow. i don't think they can Did the installer left you his phone number? Can he reassign Hypptv for me? I have unused STB from previous 8Mbps Streamyx. Kinda unfair given Advanced and Pro users get to watch from Hypptv STB, while Lite users stuck with crappy Play/Apps Store version. |
