i wasap GM of TM for this clarification then he said its totally new package w/out voice and everywhere plan.

omg...

im asking about to drop the everywhere id plan RM 30 for existing 129 customer.. still waiting for his reply

now he told me waiting call from tm consumer le plak 
for further explaination

What use complain here complain there? Yesterday I bought a phone 3099, today 2399. What Can I do? We are the 1 decided to subscribe, no ppl forcing us. We sign n agree for the t n c. To be fair, just request speed upgrade or discount rm30 for the remaining monthly fee. Don't u think this better? Win win solution right?

my Streamyx 4M just get free upgrade to 8M automatically............

I did communicate with one of senior TM staff at my local TMPoint and that person said current 10Mbps Lite user is eligible to upgrade to 30Mbps @RM139/month. I was asked to submit my details to this person so they can process the upgrade for me.

Hopefully this information is correct and is open/eligible throughout the nation

Actually, same thing happen to me.
TMpoint told me that its not in system.
Then took thumbprint and key detail into system.
After a few days I went back to ask about upgrade.
The officer in charge out for lunch. i left a reminder note.
Then they manage to do it.
2 days later, they came to reconfigure the residential gateway.

IPTV issue - TM system lagging behind the installers. 24 hours after installation, IPTV (hypptv residential) is activated.
I will try to reactivate hypptv tonight.

Just received the my new username and password.

Received a call from TM at 2 pm confirming my details and on the installation.
After she confirmed everything, she told me that TM will disconnect my Unifi Lite from 3 pm today until the installation tomorrow morning.
