Paying for new fibre cable is better than reinstalling copper cables.

My area just finished pull fibre cable. So if i take unifi lite now, then after few years would like to upgrade to better package. Shouldn’t have those “ no port” issue right?

the day i install, they check the grey box, all full taken up, lucky got 2 spares down the back lane, they pull the drop cable 3 poles to my house

Yup is from my back lane... directly towards my tv area access point... quite lengthy though...
should be able to recycle right? dont want the hassles to redeploy wires

good if u on HSBB area.. no need to waste your money on unifi lite. go pro 100mb or advance biz 30 / 50mb. my area is subb area. no luck for advance / pro package.

Your number is the recycle one (someone used & terminated). TM rewards side require 7 days to sort up or update that number detail. Try to login again after a week time.

I know what u r going thru. It's a very messy system. The staff at TM Point sorted out the Rewards issue for me.

And now I'll have to go back to Tm Point to sort out my final Streamyx bill. They credited me with half month's fee instead of charging me for the usage till my Unifi Lite was activated, and are also refunding my deposit. Dunno why they couldn't just transfer my deposit to my Unifi account...or Unifi doesn't require a deposit?? It's all very weird, but at least they're VERY consistent with the convoluted messiness. Sigh.

The TM unifi admin system dont link each other with TM Rewards system. Only you need to inform them (TM Rewards), then they will start doing work.

they have many systems. streamyx billing system is different and separate from unifi's.

from our view, transfer the deposit would be easy, but system cant do that easily/seamlessly.

you can go Quill City Mall near Jalan Sultan Ismail, KL , TM Point, not crowded, not queue. They open on Sunday as well

Streamyx 4Mbps/8Mbps can run iflix? 

Some credit card machine still rely on Dial-up. They are slowly being replaced by 3G capable machines.

Are you getting a replacement anytime soon? Guess they should be replacing it with 3G capable terminals now.
