Just call TM 100 asking for I can add RM10 to upgrade to 50mb.
She say my name not on the list.
I direct say you Complaint Dept. say I can adding money to upgrade.
She say this just for normal package. (add RM50-RM229)
I scowl them that my email never mentioned any package name...
So I can just add RM 10 to RM189.
Later she say she will checked.
Then she tell me is I complaint I want switch from RM179 to RM139, so the email mentioned only can add money to upgrade.
I tell her I know TM won't let me do this and I only want add RM10 to RM189.
She say my Tel No not on the list to do that.
Blah..Blah..Blah...Keep scoring....
Finally make complaint again by this adding RM10 to RM189....
Ai.....See what feedback from TM....

@Everyone who successfully upgraded Unifi Lite (RM129) to Bonanza Advanced (RM139),
Do the price change after 24 months or still keep Rm139?
Because people from another Unifi thread said the price keep same for 50 Mbps and 100 Mbps subscribers...

1. Download the correct firmware for c1200
2. Flash the firmware according to the guideline (do it at your own risk)
3. Configure it a as repeater
4. Hook-up with the main router wifi

When u c the pole is up, estimated it will take roughly another half year before it is ready. that was the case with my dad's place. The pole is right outside my dad's house. can see that the physical fiber is ready but likely the commissioning was not done yet. u know la.. so many vendors involved.

how is it so that u need to buffer for 4k netflix? im watchin it on my unifi lite.. it will start stream from 720 n slowly upscale to 4k. it will take time (usually within 3-5mins).. but nvr had buffering issue unless some1 is doing downloading..

How long it takes for you to upgrade after you went to the tm point? Thanks. And may i know which area you are from?

I tried to chat with tm and they said i need to wait 4-7 working days

This is my speed at 30Mbps Unifi plan, currently RM179.
I am looking for a downgrade or what since the service is very bad in my area.

For those still looking for Broanband plan , may be u can consider well 1st before signing any contract.

Maxis provide 30Mbps - RM139 per month with unlimited calls.
*but u have to beware for maxis after sales service, this is another shxxty company inside my blacklist. They need to rely TM technician .
My exprerience is, they wont provide any help in their HQ KLCC when I want to cancel my internet plan still running in contract even u scold them, the staff sudah biasa and no reaction.
After that I go to another small maxis branch in KL area, a chinese customer service staff help me to cancel my plan without any cost !

Anyone want to become mouse lab to test and report this DNS in gaming and so on?

This is might be a good Google DNS alternative if both IPv4 and IPv6 improves both streaming and gaming...

it is just a dns server. doesn't improve anything. dns just resolve hostname to ip, and windows cache that. quad9 only make it more secure by blocking malicious hostname. so that if u go to infected site, quad9's dns will not resolve it or redirect to another place.

It won’t improve anything as GrynnRyder said, DNS just resolves hostname to IP, that’s all. Anyway, I still prefer Google DNS as the lack of a secondary DNS IP address is a worry, if it is down someday. This could be avoided if they have set up anycast properly, which looks like they did, but I would still prefer an alternative if possible. Google has two DNS IP address, which is better.

Normally the buffering issue happens if I pause watching and when I play again, it will either start streaming from low res or buffering.
Once it stream at 2160p, it will not pass 9Mbps when I was on Unifi Lite, but now I’m on Unifi 30Mbps, the 4K broadcast normally streams around 15-16Mbps.

About 1 week.
I request for upgrade at TM Shah Alam last Friday. They confirmed the installation on Thursday and the upgrade was on Friday. Am staying at Ulu Kelang though

My friend got sms about add rm10 upgrade from 10mbps to 30mpbs, but when call 100 they said cannot if lite rm129, only 149 can. wth
