Please help an old man. Been trying to migrate from streamyx 4mb to new UniFi Lite but so far no response.
Approached local agent, discussed the matter, gave contact number and still no response.
Just a few days ago, an Agent sent message on whatsapp. I return call via email and later on whatsapp. No resonse also.
I had not tried TM point, prefering reseller.
I looked through the list of Agents/Reseller in this thread. Unable to see any catering for Ipoh, Perak.
I suspect that since my area provide UniFi, the UniFi Lite is not meant for me to migrate to? No answer also.

I changed from VIP 5 to VIP10 Lite. Contract renewed into 2 years.

Immediately I request to change from the RG-DLINK-WBR3200 changed to TPLink C1200. Upgraded the firmware to 1.1.1 Build 20170706 rel.65715 (EU).

Guys... so I got call from tm back in December about the rm139 package with 2 years contract ... that one I tarik harga don't want to upgrade because of 2 years rm139 only.... so now no more such deal after Dec 31?

shit... the staff told me RM129 if i take the free upgrade without hyyptv channel, but need to go tmpoint to change close and reopen new contract.

Yes, I'm eligible. However, their so-called upgrade me for FREE terms isn't transparent.

The so called SAME price it untrue. It's only maintained for ONE year and will revert back to the RRP.

it is always Klang Valley, Cyberjaya or Putrajaya first.
