mike mentzer's theory is one set to complete failure, real slow, maximum contraction, 40 minutes, rest 3 days between workouts.
when i say, mike mentzer, i was speakin in regards to his "slow, maximum contraction" system. |

I just found another 'before' pic on my pc. This was in Oct 2006. Really crap progress since started in May 2006.
This back picture was taken just before I took up Rippetoe's program. Anyway I thought this will make a very good comparison. I was laughing when I saw the pic.
