Hey guys.. posting my pic here for two reasons.One reason is to ask advise from u guys. Secondly is im starting to cut so i can look back at this post in the future. BTW im starting Ketosis(CKD) this coming monday. Wish me luck smile.gif Currently at 23% BF..

Squat 100lbs+bar
Bench press 80lbs+bar
Deadlift 80lbs+bar
My rows are really really week. 30lbs+bar(proper form)
By good base what do u mean? Anyway izzit proper if i start cutting now? Im looking fat in pictures already and cant fit a few shirts of mine sad.gif

continue bulking until u have serious mass, then it makes cutting easier.
cutting now will rob u of your precious muscle and when you have a body like that,
every bit counts.

I know but i juz wanna cut for at least 2 to 3 months. Im really getting very very bulky something i did wrong in my previous diet that double chin all starting to grow. And my tummy. God knows damn huge la. Like BB.com members and other people told me if ur above 20%bf never bulk. You have to cut till at least 15%

I havent started yet. Starting this monday. This week is my last week for Madcow's. Ill do normal 3 day body part split lifting and on off days swim for like an hour. Saturday sunday rest. Maybe 1month might be enuf. maybe two.

When im happy to start back over maintainence calorie ill start. But now really getting too overweight

After reading the article about bulking from T-Nation which pizzaboy shared i came to tink that BULKING FIRST then CUTTING off the fat and keeping muscles is not something i wanna do. What i wanna do now is cut of the excess fat till i come to a decent amount of BF then start eating about 300 above maintainence calorie.

Pizzaboy how fun izzit to have ur dad interested in lifting weights also. Wish my dad was into it. Damn sporting haha..
