Instead of flat surface you lie on a bench that is horizontal.
Best is your hang yourself on a bar, and raise your knees to your chest.

Since u've done lots of cardio, find what calories of food that u can reduce.

Now i concentrate on AB section always Decline Reverse Crunch, Decline Leg Pull-In and so on......

try it, swing too much at the moment, will try to improve it
doing the easier version most of the time, hanging knee raise, still a killer

This is me after 3 weeks of cutting.I'm not at 73.5 kilos.I have 2 more weeks and I'm hoping that i'll be 72kilo's with 10% bodyfat.

Yes i know i'm stretching my fat to reveal my abs but i think it compliments the pic.I'm loking for more comments bout any other body part other than the abs area.Basically my chest, tris, traps, shoulders, lats.

My arms are at a nice and stable 15.75 inches

I know it aint much but heck, I gotta cut the body fat now, Im going to get my my suit done pretty soon in a month or two and my pants are starting to not fit. hahaha.

I weigh currently @ 75.8kilos. But comparing to noxxing`s photo, he only weighs at 73.5 and he looks bigger, dang....Guess its all full of fat and shit and water. hahahah...

To the one who laughed at your progress pic, I'd like to see a before and after pic of yours. Despite all your so called fancy sounding powerlifting programs which you have done, there is no difference before and after in your physique.
And before you start defending yourself saying those are not your goals, i know plenty of powerlifting friends who look way better than you and have improved in leaps and bounds compared to you.

Yes you are. And i respect you for that. You're doing fine, though i don't do aggressive bulking anymore, it has its place. Ease up on the cals a bit.
