well, im a teen and i have a high metabolism rate, if u notice my post and threads, u will see i have alot of troule putting on weight. but i dont stop trying, i eat alot of rice and meat, drink mass gainer, and whey protein after workout as i belive 1 day i will suceed!Try putting on some mass first....make those puppies turn into cobblestones....
