babi ah you!

Icypetals, if you wanna kickstart your gains right, I strongly suggest Rippetoe's beginner routine. So many people have great success with it, and I don't doubt you'll be one of them. Nice abs, but you're going to have to be ready to see them slowly smoothening out. I doubt you'll lose them completely on your "quest" to 75KG's but it'll be less visible. Don't worry about losing them though, they'll come back real easy.

Like I've said once and I'll say it again, the secret to weight gain is 7 exercises;

Squat
Deadlift
Overhead Press
Pull-ups
Dips
Benches
Barbell rows

All you need is a barbell, a rack, a bench and a bar to hang on.

Hey guys. Thought I'd just give myself a few shots and have you guys rate me.

You guys are right, after gaining weight, I noticed my abs started to bulge a little (at the lower ab).
Well, I just had my full meal and lots of milk when I snapped this photo tongue.gif

And here is my arm. I really dunno how to peak my biceps well so it looks small here.

Will be working more on my arms.

I did my first abs workout of the year 2008 this morning. 2 sets crunch and 2 sets reverse crunch. My abs cramped after that. Worse than newbies.

I hate doing abs. I trained my abs once in a blue moon. There's no point spending hours on abs cause you just can't burn the spare tires.

Haha this is result of Home Gym with 3kg Dumbbells >_>
Yeah I know my biceps are very meh. I had just done my biceps workout after a few months not doing when I snapped the pic.
Couldn't even flex at all, like out of energy.

Hoping to see progress in a 2 months! I just bought a chin-up bar and going to buy a 10kg dumbbell.

well, crunches, reversal crunches will be just fine.
don't forget to do some back stretching / training. else, you may look a lil' hunchback due to the unbalance muscle developments at the back.

Leg Raise is one of the best abs workout. It works the entire abs muscle. Try incline leg raise. The more incline the more effective it is.
Make sure keep your knees slight bent to prevent stressing your low back.
