Don't have to read the whole thing but it'll be more interesting. So I think I finally understand why people do bodybuilding shows. Maybe...maybe not. LOL! I'll be looking forward to this when I make my first competition. LOL!

Once again no problem but i held it up for like 3 or 4 seconds and i was getting confused about why i hadn't recieved a down signal. So i somehow reasoned in my head that i must have not been paying attention and missed the down signal and threw it down. I got the technique fail on that one cause my left heel was was even with the ball of my right foot. I guess that was very newb of me but i thought my feet were side by side. Either way 90 was real easy so i went ahead and decided to do 95. I cleaned it no problem and was so excited by the clean i tarded up my jerk bad by not using good form and pressed it out.

So there you have it 76.8kg weight in , 72kg snatch and 80kg C&J. Pretty weak lifts but i have only been doing this 4 months. I took away a few good things from this. 1. I had a killer time at my first meet and it has really motivated me to train harder.
2. One of the judges told me i was much stronger than the weights i was using and i power snatched and cleaned everything. (not because i have bad technique i have a great coach, he tells me to meet the bar where ever it comes to, i just use lighter weights cause i am new) So i reckon i got lots of room to go up from here.

3. My wife said watching me turned her on and i got laid that night

i think he got it naturally... beside the abs its all bones... dont think he work d abs out... did u petal? nice pics btw, ur skin colour is very nice for body building shows... when rub with oil will go shiny

having six packs if your skinny is normal. skinny people dont have oblique muscles. its called ribs if you're on the same page as me.

ya, i just do abs exercises everyday then i gotten it, if istart bulking, then i can say bye bye( still trying to bulk)

icypetals, don't forget some back training to counter the abs development, else, you will look slightly hunchback.
this is even more visible if you are tall and skinny.
having a 6 pack is cool.... i was initially obsessed with abs too but the guy i met sometimes ago open up my eyes.
our body is not all about abs. there is the cobra shape that am craving for more and those broad shoulder with lots of muscle lines like bruce lee's.
